Common issues
Clips are not appearing
- Make sure the streamer is live.
- New clips usually appear within a minute. See how clips are detected for more details.
- Try refreshing the page.
I can't add more streamers
- Free accounts can monitor up to 3 streamers at once.
- Remove a streamer to add a new one.
The save button doesn't work
- Refresh the page.
- Make sure you are logged in.
A clip won't play
- Some clips may be removed or restricted by the platform.
- Open the clip on the original platform.
